Join us for our monthly Lunch and Learn. Network, have lunch and learn some interesting details about a topic that impacts business in Windsor Heights. Our guest speaker this month is Dr. Amy Willcockson the director of Live Healthy Iowa. She will join us for a conversation about the 10 Week Fitness Challenge and how Iowa stacks up when it comes to…health and fitness. Lunch is on your own.
